There are so many little girls that dream of show buisness and I was one of them. I didn't just dream it, I knew it's what I meant to do. From a very early age I was relating to people on a different level; I was able to understand and feel what they were experiencing. When I am in character I feel more like myself and I love who I am. Growing up in Peidmont, North Dakota didn't really seem promising for an aspiring actress but my 4th grade teacher nominated me for annual scholarship to attend Theatre Arts camp in New York city. Nobody from our area had ever been nominated before and the whole town was very excited and supportive. Most of all my mom and dad, without their support and sacrifice I would not have become the woman I am today. I went on to win my place at the Theatre Arts youth camp and from there I was placed on the companies permament roster and every summer, just 3 days after school was out, I was on a plane to New York. It was one of my acting coaches at this camp that would eventually offer me my first staring role as a guest on Glee.
